Time-Lord Techniques Overview
Time-lord systems distribute periods of a life to specific planets or signs so that certain topics become active at specific times. They complement transits and progressions by providing a structured calendar of emphasis.
Why use time-lords
- Identify which topics are foregrounded in a period
- See which planets are in charge (condition matters!)
- Time turning points (loosing of the bond, handing over, level changes)

Related period systems
- Decennials divide life into broad ten-year chapters, usually starting from the sect light and then handing rulership from planet to planet. They are useful for life-story chaptering and for identifying which planet sets the tone for a longer phase.
- Planetary years add a lighter timing overlay by watching when a native reaches a planet's minor or major years, or when other timing methods converge on that same planet. In practice, these year activations work best when combined with profections, releasing, or transits to the activated lord.

- Start with the ruler/authority for the period
