Circumambulations through the Bounds (Distributions)

This method advances a significator (often the Ascendant) by primary direction through the bounds/terms. The bound rulers become period lords; handing over occurs when moving into a new bound or by aspect.

Setup

Choose significator

typically Ascendant; also Sect Light or relevant house cusp

• Use Egyptian bounds by default (per tradition)
• Compute dates when the directed point enters a new bound

Period Lord

ruler of the active bound

Co-lords

planets aspecting the directed point or ruling relevant houses

Handing over

when moving to a new bound or receiving an aspect from the ruler

• Judge the condition of the Period Lord and houses it rules
• Combine with annual profections to locate overlapping activations
